3. Hosting and Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster).

Hoster:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Hauptstraße 68 | 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany

Data Processing Agreement (DPA):
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the provider. This guarantees that the provider processes the data of our website visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Server Log Files:
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. This data is recorded on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.

We use the “Cookie Notice” plugin on our website to obtain your consent for the storage of certain cookies on your terminal device or for the use of certain technologies and to document this in a data protection-compliant manner.

How it works:
When you enter our website, technically necessary cookies are set (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional cookies (e.g., for Google Analytics) are only set after you have actively consented in the banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can configure your browser settings so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases or exclude them generally.

5. Contact (Form & E-Mail)

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or e-mail, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Legal basis:
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period:
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

6. Security: Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Purpose:
reCAPTCHA is intended to check whether the data entry on this website (e.g., in a contact form) is done by a human or by an automated program (bot). For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics (IP address, length of stay, mouse movements).

Legal basis:
The storage and analysis of the data take place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in protecting our web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.

7. Web Analytics: Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
In Google Analytics 4, IP anonymization is activated by default. Due to IP anonymization, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Purpose:
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website usage and internet usage to the website operator.

Legal basis:
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Revocation:
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by calling up the cookie settings on our website and changing your selection there or by deleting cookies in your browser.

8. Fonts via Bunny Fonts (Bunny.net)

To avoid using Google Fonts via US servers, we use the Bunny Fonts service to display fonts on this website. The provider is Bunny Way d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia.

How it works:
When you call up our page, your browser loads the required web fonts directly from the servers of Bunny.net in order to display them correctly. For technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to Bunny.net.
According to the provider, they do not store any personal data (logs) for tracking purposes and do not set cookies. The use serves to avoid dependency on Google servers and to maintain GDPR compliance.

Legal basis:
Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in a privacy-friendly, uniform, and appealing presentation of our online offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
